Refund policy

Return Policy
You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. It must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return, contact us at Sales@thebiohacklab.com. If accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Non-returnable Items
We don’t accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or sale items. Contact us for specific questions.

Exchanges
To exchange, return the item and then purchase a new one.

Refunds
Once we approve a return, we’ll refund you within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank. If it’s been over 15 business days, contact us at Sales@thebiohacklab.com.
